A Little Texture Is Natural:
Extreme temperature changes during shipping may cause tiny butter beads to form. These natural beads add texture and melt on contact with your skin.

I love using the bütter when my baby or I have any kind skin irritation (sunburns, rashes, dryness, even stretch marks). It feels so penetrative and is fast absorbing but gentle as well. As others have mentioned- a little goes a long way!

The even cooler thing is that the Old Fashioned Bütter’s texture is like a whipped butter which I’ve never seen before in a skincare product! The smell is both earthy and hempy, but super fresh and stimulating. Although it’s kind of a strong hemp smell, it’s a different, somehow subtle, yummier kind of hemp smell. I don’t know how else to describe it but it’s really nice and I think the hemp makes it kinda comforting, if that makes sense! A small amount goes a long way and it’s very gentle. Also, I may be focusing on the scent a lot but it is not overpowering (saying this as someone who can be sensitive to certain perfumes and oils).

Bought some in a shop in California and it was amazing! I had gotten sunburnt very very bad the day before and it really helped keep my skin moisturized which helped it hurt less and peel less. It also helped with the pain and redness especially on my face! Im usually sensitive to lavender and it makes me itchy but even tho this has lavender in it it didn’t bother my skin at all! The texture is amazing aswell.
