Welcome to the Feel This Skincare Affiliate Program! By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to the following Skincare Affiliate Terms and Conditions. This agreement outlines your responsibilities, our obligations, and how commissions are earned and paid.
Feel This reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the program after changes are made will constitute your acceptance of those changes.
Violating any of the terms listed below may result in termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions earned during the violation. You acknowledge and agree that you use the Feel This Affiliate Program at your own risk.
1. Affiliate Eligibility & Account Requirements
To qualify for participation in our Feel This skincare affiliate program, you must meet the following requirements:
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must be a resident of the United States.
- Only individuals (humans) may register—automated accounts, bots, or scripts are strictly prohibited.
- You must provide accurate and complete information during sign-up, including your full legal name, a valid email address and any other information requested.
Additionally:
- One account per person or legal entity is allowed.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account login and password. Feel This is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
- Your login may not be shared with others.
- You are accountable for all content and activities that occur under your account.
2. Acceptable Use and Restrictions
As a participant in our affiliate program, you agree that:
- You will not engage in any illegal or unauthorized activity while promoting Feel This Skincare products.
- You must comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, including but not limited to copyright, privacy and advertising regulations.
- You may not use your own affiliate links to purchase Feel This products for personal use. Doing so may result in withheld commissions or account termination.
- You agree not to mislead others about your relationship with Feel This. This includes avoiding statements that imply sponsorship, partnership, or direct employment.
3. Using Your Feel This Skincare Affiliate Links and Marketing Materials
Once approved as a Feel This Skincare Affiliate, you will receive a unique Affiliate Code and access to official marketing materials. These include banners, product images and pre-approved promotional graphics.
You agree to the following:
- You may place affiliate links, banners, or graphics on your website, blog, emails, or social media channels—provided they follow our brand guidelines.
- We may update or change the graphics or link styles at any time, though we will notify you before changing image dimensions.
- All promotional links must use the special link format we provide. These are referred to as“Special Links.” They allow us to track clicks, referrals and sales accurately.
💡 Important:
We can only track and pay referral commissions when Special Links are used correctly. If a customer does not use your link or code properly, or types it incorrectly, we cannot credit the sale.
To ensure proper tracking:
- Affiliate links must direct to the correct product page being promoted.
- Your content must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in accordance with FTC guidelines.
4. Referral Fees, Commissions & Payment Terms
You will earn a commission for every qualifying purchase made using your unique affiliate link or code, as long as the following conditions are met:
- The customer must click your Special Link and complete the purchase during that session on https://feelthiskincare.com.
- If the customer uses your affiliate code at checkout, the sale will also be credited to your account.
🧾 Commission Rules:
- We only pay commissions on tracked sales recorded by our system.
- We do not honor untracked sales, even if a customer claims to have used your code.
- Fraudulent, misleading, or overly aggressive promotional tactics may result in forfeited commissions and account termination.
💵 Payment Schedule:
- Payments are issued once your account reaches a $20 minimum threshold.
- If your balance is below $20, it will roll over to the next month.
- Payouts are made monthly, using the method you selected during signup.
5. Branding, Representation & Restrictions
As a Feel This Skincare Affiliate, you are welcome to promote our products—but there are important rules about how you represent the brand.
❌ What You Cannot Do:
- Do not issue press releases or public statements that mention Feel This or your participation in our affiliate program without written permission.
- Do not misrepresent your relationship with Feel This. You may not claim to be an employee, partner, agent, or representative of the company.
- You may not say that Feel This sponsors, endorses, or donates to any charity, organization, or cause based on your affiliate status.
- You may not use your own affiliate code or link to purchase Feel This products for personal use. Doing so may result in withheld commissions or account termination.
Your promotional content must clearly and truthfully disclose your affiliate relationship with Feel This, as required by the FTC endorsement guidelines.
6. Customer Ownership & Pricing Policies
All customers who purchase through your affiliate link or code are considered Feel This Skincare customers. This means:
- We reserve the right to handle customer orders, service, and support at our sole discretion.
- Our pricing, promotions, and product availability may change at any time without notice. You should avoid listing specific prices on your site, as they may not always match live offers.
While we aim to provide up-to-date and accurate product info, we can’t guarantee any particular price or availability at the time a customer visits our site through your link.
7. Your Responsibilities as a Feel This Skincare Affiliate
As an affiliate, you are fully responsible for the content, setup, and operation of the platforms where you promote Feel This Skincare. This includes your website, social media accounts, blog, email newsletters, or any other medium.
You agree that you are solely responsible for:
- The technical operation of your site and related platforms.
- Ensuring your site or promotional materials do not violate any third-party agreements (such as platform terms, web host rules, or ad policies).
- The accuracy and appropriateness of all content you publish, including descriptions, claims, and statements about Feel This products.
- Ensuring your promotional content does not infringe on any third-party rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights.
- Making sure all published materials are truthful, lawful, and non-defamatory.
- Providing a clear and accessible privacy policy if you collect user data, in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
- Disclosing your affiliate relationship in any post or promotion, as required by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
💡 Note: For the purpose of this agreement, “your site” also includes any social media profiles, blogs, email marketing campaigns, or other digital channels where you share Feel This affiliate content.
9. Compliance With Laws
As a condition of participating in the Feel This Skincare Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. This includes:
- Federal, state, and local laws, rules and ordinances.
- The CAN-SPAM Act of 2003, if you engage in email marketing.
- All other applicable anti-spam laws, advertising regulations, and consumer protection standards.
- FTC disclosure rules for affiliates, which require you to clearly state when you are earning commissions from links or codes.
Any violations of these laws or guidelines may result in immediate removal from the program, forfeiture of commissions and possible legal action depending on the nature of the breach.
10. Termination of Affiliate Participation
This agreement begins once your application to the Feel This Skincare Affiliate Program is approved and will remain in effect until either party terminates it.
🔚 You or Feel This may end the agreement at any time:
- You can terminate by sending written notice via email.
- Feel This may terminate your account at any time, with or without cause.
Upon termination:
- You must immediately remove all affiliate links, graphics and references to Feel This from your site, social media, emails, and other communications.
- Any unpaid commissions over the $20 threshold will be paid at the time of termination.
- Commissions earned through fraudulent, misleading, or non-compliant means will be forfeited.
Feel This also reserves the right to shut down the entire affiliate program at any time. In that case, all qualified earnings over the minimum payout will be issued before final closure.
11. Legal Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

- Feel This makes no express or implied warranties regarding the affiliate program or any Feel This products.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the website or tracking tools.
- You acknowledge that participation is at your own risk.
🚫 Limitation of Liability:
Feel This shall not be held liable for:
- Any indirect, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data, or goodwill—even if we have been advised of the possibility.
- Any total liability under this agreement exceeding the total amount of commissions paid to you in the 12 months preceding a claim.
By agreeing to these terms, you release Feel This from any liability beyond the scope of commission payments properly earned and recorded.
12. Relationship of the Parties
You and Feel This Skincare are entering into this agreement as independent contractors. Nothing in these terms creates a partnership, agency relationship, joint venture, franchise, or employment relationship between you and Feel This.
- You do not have authority to speak for or make commitments on behalf of Feel This.
- You may not imply that you are an official representative or have any legal affiliation beyond your role as an independent affiliate.
Please ensure your marketing materials and communications reflect this clearly.
13. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
If a dispute arises related to these terms, your participation in the affiliate program, or any resulting transactions, both parties agree to resolve the matter through binding, confidential arbitration.
- Arbitration will be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
- Any award issued by the arbitrator may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.
- You agree that no arbitration will be joined with another party and you waive the right to participate in any class-action suit.
However, Feel This retains the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in court if you violate or threaten to violate our intellectual property rights.
14. Miscellaneous Legal Terms
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
- You may not assign or transfer your rights under this agreement without prior written approval.
- If we do not enforce a provision in this agreement, that does not constitute a waiver of our right to do so later.
- These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and Feel This concerning your participation in the affiliate program, and they supersede any prior agreements or understandings—written or oral.

By signing up or continuing to participate in the Feel This Skincare Affiliate Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Skincare Affiliate Terms and Conditions.
