Feel This Skincare (“Feel This,” “we,” “us”) sells handmade, waterless skincare through feelthiskincare.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit our site, place an order, or contact us, and how we use it.
By using our site, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run the shop and serve you.
- Order and account details: your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, and the items you order.
- Payment information: payments are handled by our payment processors, such as PayPal. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Reviews and comments: your name, email address, and review text. Your name and review appear publicly. Your email address is not published. Reviews may show a profile picture linked to your email through Gravatar.
- Messages to us: anything you send through our contact form, by email or phone, or in a direct message on social media.
- Email signups: your email address and name, if you join our list.
- Automatic information: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the site that referred you, collected through cookies and similar tools.
How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Process and ship your orders, and send order confirmations and updates.
- Answer your questions and provide customer support.
- Publish the reviews you choose to submit.
- Send marketing emails, only if you sign up. You can unsubscribe at any time.

How long we keep information and how we protect it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to fulfill orders, provide support, and meet tax, accounting, and legal requirements. After that, we delete it or remove identifying details.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including secure hosting and encrypted checkout. No website or online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and California privacy rights
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in each message. You can also ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you.

Some browsers send “Do Not Track” signals. Our site does not currently respond to them.
Children’s privacy
Our products are made for families, but our website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
