Overview
The ingredients we use in Feel This skincare products are made of natural, plant-based sources. All items are sold on a non-returnable basis unless defective upon arrival.
If you have received an incorrect item, do not open it. Please check your order upon receiving it. We always will do our best to pack your order gently and properly to minimize product damage during shipment. If your order arrives damaged or contaminated in any way, contact us directly and we will communicate on the best practice to resolve.
For damaged products that are not purchased directly from us, (e.g, spa, doctor’s office, dispensary, etc) please contact us. If you cannot reach us, please refer to the store where original purchase was made. Please do not return any items to the store without contacting us first for specific information regarding this process. If the product was sold beyond recommended sell by date; it is the responsibility of the store to handle your purchase process. If you are unable to resolve, please contact us right away.
For instances where product is contaminated or damaged, you may contact us to request a return of your purchase within 7 days of receiving your shipment to be applicable.
Refunds
No refund given, exchange offered or correspondence will be entered into for:
- – Change of mind
- – Products that have been used or tampered with or are not in their original condition.
- – Incorrect orders made by the recipient
Once you contact us and we proceed with a Return plan of action, we will inspect the product upon arrival. We will proceed to send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment, within (5-10) business days.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at feelthiskincare@gmail.com and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
